Refund policy

No Change-of-Mind Refunds

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

 

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can assess the situation. This helps us work toward a satisfactory solution.

 

How to Request a Return or Refund

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the item back. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Refunds Process

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

 

Proof of Purchase

 

A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.
