Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

We currently ship within New Zealand and select international destinations.
Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.


⭐Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • New Zealand: 1–3 business days
  • Australia: 3–6 business days
  • UK: 5-10 natural days
  • US: 5-10 natural days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or external factors beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


⭐Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For international orders, we are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
